Liscont: set up the YILPORT app before entering the terminal
The operator's guide explains how to receive the call and the tasks on your phone. ANTRAM reports mandatory use, without giving a new start date.
Drivers heading for YILPORT Liscont in Lisbon should set up the YILPORT Vehicle Tracking app. The notice issued by ANTRAM on 14 September states that use is mandatory for all drivers. It does not set a new start date, and this is not a national obligation covering every port.
According to the operator’s own guide (in Portuguese), the app sends the truck’s GPS position to start the orders in the automated yards, and lets you follow the sequence of operations and receive the entry authorisation.
Before the visit, install the app from the official store and check in the settings that Liscont is selected. The pre-gate is still done at the kiosk: link the visit by QR code or registration number and type into the kiosk the verification code shown on the phone. Then follow the order of the tasks.
The guide also describes being handled without the app, but warns that it means waiting by the call screen and delays the automated operations. It also announces the future withdrawal of paper notes, with no date given. Check with the terminal beforehand if you have any trouble accessing the app.
