Planning notes

Czechia is a compulsory crossing for anyone linking Germany to Slovakia, Hungary or Poland by the southern route. The Sunday ban starts at 13:00, which leaves the morning usable — a practical difference from the German model, which closes the whole day.

In summer, Friday late afternoon and Saturday morning join the calendar. Anyone planning to reach the destination at the end of Friday risks being stopped at 17:00 with the load on board.
