A13: Saint-Cloud closes towards Normandy from 16 November

The DiRIF expects the closure to last until the end of August 2027. Planning information already announced by the authority, now detailed on its site.

CP Newsroom

The DiRIF has announced the closure of the A13 in the Paris–provinces direction, from the boulevard périphérique to the Vaucresson interchange, from 16 November 2026 until the end of August 2027. The work strengthens the Saint-Cloud tunnel ahead of the tunnel boring machine for line 15 of the Grand Paris Express.

Preparing runs west of Paris

The authority sets out two broad itineraries: the RD910–RN118, with links to the A86, RN12, A12 and A13; or the RN13–A14, rejoining the A13 further west. For a heavy vehicle, the choice means checking the access limits for your vehicle on each section. These general routes are not an authorisation to run every dimension and load.

The direction towards Paris stays open in this phase. The same statement does, however, foresee viaduct works closing both directions in July and August 2027.

Anyone scheduling loads between Paris, Normandy and the Atlantic corridor should review journey times and delivery slots. See the France page. No alert card with opening or closing times was created: the source gives dates, not exact hours.
